Comments and posts
When visitors write comments / posts on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form and also the visitor's IP address and browser's user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be delivered to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service's privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approving your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public along with your comment.
Media
If you upload photos to the site, you should not upload images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Site visitors can download and extract all site data from images on the site.
Contact Forms
When visitors write a message to us on the site, we collect the data displayed in the contact form and also the visitor's IP address and browser's user agent string to help detect spam.
Cookies
If you write a comment on our site, you can choose to store your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you won't have to fill in your information again when you write another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you sign in to this site, we will set up a temporary cookie to determine if your browser is accepting cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is removed when you close the browser.

Who we share your data with
Your comments / posts are published on the website, and are therefore shared with all visitors. If you write comments on the closed pages, then only other visitors are logged in who can see the comments.
Messages to us in the contact form are not shared with others.

How long we save your data
If you write a comment, comments and its metadata will be preserved indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comment automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.
For users who create on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide for their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). The site's administrators can also view and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site and do not want it anymore, please ask us to remove your account and contact information from the website.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be controlled by an automatic spam recognition service.
Your Contact Information
If you are a user of the website, we will store your account information as long as you have an account. Your password stores the system in encrypted state so that no one is able to read the code.
